Our Shipping Process
Prepare Balikbayan Box
Empty boxes of all sizes are available for purchase. We accept cargos that are also odd sizes.
Pack Your Balikbayan Box
Place all your items inside the box and pack securely. Make sure to check out our FAQs on the prohibited items to be shipped. It is important to not overfill your boxes to avoid box deformations.
Shipping Forms
Declare all items that have been packed inside the box on the shipping forms. It is important to indicate the exact addresses and active phone numbers of the balikbayan box receivers in the Philippines. This helps with a speedy delivery.
Schedule A Pick Up
Drop your Balikbayan box at our head office to be weigh-in. You can also call us to schedule a pick-up.
Track Your Shipping
You will receive a copy of your invoice with the invoice number that you can use to track your shipment. Live updates will be found on the tracking portal on our website.
